He was contemplating the beautiful post of the wonderful nets of the Allianz Arena, while Contra was scoring the fucking equalizer for Getafe.

Taking the dirt off his boots, at such a crucial time. That's ridiculous.
Oh well, forgive him. He cleared his mistake with the goal yesterday, I guess. No?

We will only know after the return match in Spain, if we win than all will be forgotten, if not, I'll have to crucify Lell for the rest of the season.

With an appearance tomorrow against Werder Bremen, Christian Lell is set to mark his 50th Bundesliga match for Bayern. In total, it would be his 76th Bundesliga match. He played 25 matches for his former club FC Köln.

Lell Injury Could Be Serious
Quote:
Bayern Munich are hoping that they won't have to do without Christian Lell for an extended period.
The versatile wide-man limped off after just 14 minutes of the 1-0 loss against Hannover on the weekend after pulling up lame while sprinting for th ball.
According to the Bundesliga's official website "the initial diagnosis of the medical department suspected the injury to be a torn muscle fiber in the right, lower thigh," though they also pointed out that Bayern are still waiting on some more conclusive scans.

Bayern full back to return next week
Quote:
FC Bayern defender Christian Lell is limited to individual exercises at the moment, but the 24-year-old is closing in on his comeback.
"My return to team training is scheduled for next week, the full back said on Wednesday.
Lell had torn a thigh muscle in Bayern's visit to Hanover and missed the following games against Lyon and Bochum.

Lell poised to resume squad programme
Quote:
...Lell is on the verge of resuming the team programme.
“He’s close to rejoining us. I reckon he’ll be back by Friday at the latest,“ Klinsmann informed fcbayern.de. Some three weeks after stretching his right hamstring, Lell is fit enough for the practice facility and will rejoin the full squad at some point next week. “By then he should be OK,“ Klinsmann said, “but Saturday’s game in Karlsruhe is too early.“
Lell feeling ‘relatively’ fit
Lell could even be back in the matchday squad for next Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Fiorentina. “I’m feeling relatively fit,“ he told fcbayern.de. The defender is pleased with the speed of his recovery. “It’s gone nice and fast. Normally I’d have been out for four weeks.“ Instead, the right-back is on course to beat that prognosis by a week.
...Christian Lell may at least be able to take his place in the squad come Friday.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! JK, take your time getting him back in the squad.
Hell, if I were JK I would just tell Lell: "Ok, we are going to play you in the reserves until the winter break just to make sure your injury has completely gone away".
