^ ERROR..! your post is irrelevant! Kaiser is a legend, but he talks shit a lot. Don't get fooled by him.
Your comment is so stupid. Bravo!

Bayern have truly given him every fucking chance in the world, and even rolled out the red carpet, but like any other team -- YOU HAVE TO WORK AND EARN YOUR WAY INTO THE STARTING XI AND NOT JUST THREATEN!!!
|
What the fuck are you talking about yo? What fuckin' chances? Where did you see that?
Germany gave him chances, and he used them all and proved himself. He is playing great even in a position he was not used to play. He has not been given chances at FC Bayern. He would have used them if he got 'em.
He wouldn't have joined Bayern if he didn't want to be part of the team. It's a stupidity to think he doesn't want to play good in order to say 'I told you so' and raise his value.
Thanks again, you've pissed me off.

I agree with Trim here, Poldi wasnt given much chance with Magath and Hitzfeld(except a few games in the end of the season) but he wasnt used right, he's young and very ambitious, as much as I like Beckenbauer, he was too harsh with Poldi, they(Poldi and Schweini) need time to grow and rushing them would be a mistake, For the NT they have more freedom, while at Bayern they seem restricted, they cant show their talents much, which is a mistake. Hopefully with Klinsmann Poldi can revive the way he was playing with the Nt and so will Schweini

While Lukas Podolski's strong performances for Germany at the European Championship may help him relaunch his club career, it may not happen with Bayern Munich.
...
Bayern Munich, the country's leading and richest club, reacted promptly signed him up starting with the season immediately after the World Cup.
But Podolski never managed to become a regular starter in the star-studded lineup, even when Bayern lured his World Cup partner Miroslav Klose from Werder Bremen. He scored five goals in 25 games, but came off the bench in 17 of them.
"The past two years have not been simple. I did not play a lot," Podolski said. "But I am playing well here and that's what matters."
"I feel here the coach has faith in me," Podolski said.
That is something that he has been missing at Bayern, Podolski repeated in several recent interviews.
German newspapers are rife with speculation that Podolski will return to FC Cologne, his former club that has regained promotion to the top division.
While Podolski says he has a "special relationship" with Cologne, he has not talked about future plans, except not to hide his dissatisfaction at the way he has been treated at Bayern. He has confirmed that foreign clubs also have been in contact, without giving details.
Podolski was further irritated when newspapers reported that Bayern was interested in Stuttgart's striker Mario Gomez, Podolski's teammate on the national team, who has not lived up to expectations and was dropped from the team for the quarter-final match against Portugal.
That would even further complicate Podolski's position at Bayern, where the top striker last season was Italy's Luca Toni. Toni overshadowed Klose and Podolski rarely got the chance to dislodge one of the two.

Trim, your in ERROR! Why? Poldi had his chances coming off the bench and didn't show what he was capable of as you describe. What do you expect, that he gets a place in the starting line up -- I don't think so, he hasn't earn it. It wasn't like he had practically no chances like Dos Santos, come off of it! I am aware that the Kaiser gives bullshit some of the time, but he also calls it like it is, and he is right in this respect -- Poldi really did give something extra for the Euros compared to Bayern.
And as I've pissed you off -- it really seems easy to piss you off no matter what comments I make. You act like you deserve to run this forum -- yet everyone is entitled to their opinion and I have given mine. I DO NOT LIKE PODOLSKI. That is my right. I think he has too big of a mouth about complaining -- like you -- and while he does have skills he seems to be punishing Bayern rather than the other way around.
Podolski is NOT poorly treated by Bayern. What motive would they have to do that? They want goals out of him so Bayern can win, but they have been winning without him.
So keep on attacking forum posters, Like I have seen you do before. As the comments I make, like the other posters you've attacked, are aimed at a poor performances from players. You need to calm down and not take things so personal!
I guess me and my comments aren't welcome here, and I will make it known that you seem to ward off posters. YOU are the one who's pissed me off!! you need to grow up.

There, another ERROR! Coming off the bench is not a chance. And how will he earn his place in the starting line-up if he is not given some starts?

He did, because he started in every match!

I act like I run the forum? How? I'm equal to everyone on here. Anyway, what does it have to do with this now? Irrelevant again. I just said you've pissed me off, that's all. I never stopped you from entitling your opinion or anything else.

You don't like him, but I do, and others do too. Opinions and preferences, that's it. Punishing Bayern? I don't think so. Everyone here knows that Podolski hasn't had chances.
I have a big mouth complaining? That's is an uncalled personal insult. Bravo!

Where did I attack you? And oh, you're the one who should calm down mate. Realise the tone of your post on Podolski.

No one is stopping you from commenting. Whether your comments are liked or not, that is something else. One comment of yours might be liked, one might be not. Don't cry.
I don't ward off anyone. I've been recieving a lot of PM's from posters full of good words and praise for my work here. No one has ever complained.
I rest my case.

Look. It's true that Podolski really shines in the NT but we have to consider the fact that he always plays for them when he's in shape.
He's been a bit inlucky 'cause under Magath he got no chance. Hitz comes in, he got chances and gave good displays. Then got injured.
Start of the season, he was out. Still injured cause of the ankle. He was played ONCE in the 1st half of the season vs Bolton (i think) and scored a double. Then he was benched for no reason.
2nd half of the season, more chances and more goals. If he didn't score in a game, he still put on a good display.
As i've said before, he would shine if given the proper chances. Not once in a while.

Yep -- sorry for rip roaring on Poldi. I guess I get frustrated listening to what happens between players and Bayern. Trim -- sorry for getting on you too. Poldi has alot of fans and I was too harsh on him. Peace.

We're all mates here
We all want the best for Bayern and thats whats makes us passionate, thats why sometimes we criticise our players cause we want them to show the best of their abilities for the good of the club. Poldi and Schweini are considered the future of this club(if they stick around)They are both young and ambitious they want to play, they want to show what they are made of, like they do for Germany, I think the recent Bayern coaches(Magath and Hitzfeld) restricted them too much with Germany they have arent. But about Poldi's perforamances, Im starting to think that Ottmar was thinking about this(Im not sure, its my guess) Poldi played almost all of the 2nd half of the season and promised Poldi that he will play so he can get his match fitness and rythem so that he will be good for the Nt, again this is my guess but it explains how with Germany hes playing good now cause hes fresh and he was gaining momentum from the recent game at Bayern. Same on Schweinsteiger.

Oh by the way before I forget it.
Yesterday Klinsmann gave a press conference praising the performance of every Bayern player except one.
Podolski
He didn't even mention him in one sentence and Podolski said that he will make an announcement later today. This surely doesn't look good for you. All signs show that he will leave.

There is an explanation to that: Podolski went straight to Köln to see his family, and same goes to Borowski, he went to see his family too. Klinsmann did meet all Bayern lads, besides Poldi and Boro.

18.50: Klinsmann is at Munich airport with Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Uli Hoeneß and Karl Hopfner, where they greet Bayern’s newly-crowned Euro 2008 runners-up (Klose, Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Jansen) in person.

But still he could have mentioned him because he was one of the best german players at the tournament. This should be at least worth a sentence or two.
