Default EPL: Everton v Fulham (08.12)

Skysports:
Quote:
Everton will be hoping to stretch their ten-game unbeaten run by securing their 200th Premier League win when they host Fulham on Saturday.

The Toffees have not lost in ten games in all competitions and they will be boosted by the fact that, of the 12 previous Premier League meetings with Fulham, the home side has always come out on top.

However, Fulham have yet to win on their league travels this season and they will be desperate to address that statistic.

Everton boss David Moyes is likely to revert to the 4-5-1 formation which has served the Toffees well so far this season after alternating to a 4-4-2 line-up in the midweek Uefa Cup victory over Zenit St Petersburg.

That could mean a return to the starting line-up for Yakubu Aiyegbeni, who sat out the Zenit game, but Andy Johnson will hope to maintain a place in the first XI.

Record book

The Toffees, though, have Alan Stubbs as a definite non-starter with a calf problem, while Joseph Yobo missed Wednesday's win with an ankle problem and is still doubtful.

Fulham will hope Simon Davies can continue his fine form this season against his former club as they look to upset the record book.

Davies, who left Everton in January, has been impressing in Fulham's disappointing season and manager Lawrie Sanchez will be hoping the Welsh midfielder can continue to produce.

Fulham academy graduate Elliot Omozusi could be in line to make his third league start of the season after the defender turned in positive performances earlier in the campaign against Sunderland and Reading.

Sanchez is still without long-term absentees Jimmy Bullard, Brian McBride and Lee Cook, but he has been boosted by the news that the trio are close to returning.

Nothing less than a win here would be acceoptable, and the way we have been playing the past few games, thats what I expect.
