I picked Portugal and Czech Rep. but now I'm wishing I picked Turkey instead of the Czechs becasue I don't think they are anywhere near as strong without Nedved.

Portugal should top the group, depends on whether Ronaldo continues his trend of choking on the big stage or not. The group is fairly easy, so he should be ok. But when it comes to the knockout stages and they draw a top team, prepare for him to vanish.

The Czech Republic don't have any stand-out players, very few playing at the top level, I'm not so sure they'll make it through.

I don't think Portugal will particularly struggle with the group, and I think it'll be Switzerland to join them in the next round, a host nation will probably make it through, and it's not going to be Austria...

Turkey have some good players but I think they'll probably end up 4th.
