good squad bad results

ENgland have a really good squad but somehow they dnt get good results why?

When England met France you could see they are not on the same level. You could say that the players don't perform like they do for their club but then again I think that you can look on all national teams. It's more easy to play with your clubmates than it is with your national team mates. England have some quality players but they don't have 11 of them. Ferdinand, Terry, Gerrard, Lampard, J.Cole and Rooney are world class. But that's not enough.

I disagree, I don't think many countries have 11 world class players throughout their teams.

I think England have problems because:

1. We haven't had a fit, goalscoring striker playing regularly for their club for at least 3 years now...

2. There's so much pressure, expectation and criticism levelled at the English NT that players don't enjoy playing for England as much anymore, they're too scared to make mistakes.

3. Goalkeeping errors, throughout the qualification campaign...

4. McClaren was a shoddy manager and Capello is still feeling his way around and is yet to play competitively.

I will stop watching England if they will play with only one striker in every game.
