Like any of them have really made a name for themselves at national levels...except Podolski in parts.

Gomez was the difference maker in the last 3 matches for Germany having scored many important goals. Jansen is the starting LB for Bayern and played every match in the group stage.
Fritz played almost every match coming off the bench (super sub kind of player). Podolski is the top scorer atm. Borowski is a german NT regular for since the 2002 World cup.
You only have a point about Schlaudraff and Khedira

Andy Johnson has been ruled out of England's friendly against Germany at Wembley on Wednesday. The Everton striker has fluid on his knee and will return to Merseyside for treatment with his club.

Lampard is playing with an injury, has been for 3 weeks.
And so is John Terry for that matter.

You and I both know if those injuries were anywhere near serious neither would be playing any matches, especially not an international friendly.
And if they were injured, noone is forcing them to play this game, so they either play and stay quiet or don't play at all.
Playing on a known injury before the teamsheet is even announced doesn't make u courageous, it makes u stupid.

If that's what you think fine, but Frank Lampard who has played more games then any other player in this England team, more then David James in passed 3-5 years, doesn't miss games, even when he's injured because he fights through the pain for the team, obvious they might be taking injections to play through the pain , what they proberly do doo, I remember Terry,Lampard and Gallas playing half a season with injuries they needed surgery for , but they wanted to win the EPL and did so.
So I can see why Lampard says this, he won't be playing at 100%, at least he's there with squad to be around the team and manger, which this friendly is all about.

Lampard at his so called 100% for England is bad enough, if he were doing this for the team he'd call himself injured.

No because manager called him up, so manager has him in his plans, this result means nothing, the basically only good thing about it, so the players can spent couple of days together and talk about the next two international games, which Lampard will be apart of .
I can't rememebr England last friendly, it was proberly boring, but does Mclaren do mass subs at half time?

Great run from Richards feeds Lampard who makes it 1-0.
Looks like it may have taken a slight deflection (that would make a change for fat frank). Lehman was beaten at his near post too - his been rubbish this season.

Fat Robbo really is one of the worst goalkeepers in international football.

Fat Paul has played his last game for England for a while...
Although having said that McClaren's still lasted...
PS OK Lampard's goal was good, but Lehmann should have saved it and what a run by Richards.
But imo, it's all because of Carrick that Lampard scored
