Yep. Drogba accidently handles the ball and is a "Cheat" Ronaldo trips over his laces and he is a disgraceful cheat. When English players dive it is either winning a penalty like Rooney did against Arsenal or when Owen did against Argentina or it is avoiding being seriously injured like SWP did against newcastle.
