Default manager-players/system-leader-plan b

the 5 key components to international success.

currently we have svenn in charge....he wants to play a diamond 442....he has the players for it as the spell in euro 2004 with rooney dominating proved....he has chosen beckham as the leader which is wrong as he is a **** captain, jt is the natural england leader as his absence recently has proven beyond question.....svenn has tried to galvanise a plan b but has utterly failed.

so atm i feel england lacks 2 of those 5 components and the 3 that are in place are hazy.
