QPR player charged of rape
Queens Park Rangers have issued a statement regarding the situation of defender Terrell Forbes.
Forbes has been formally charged with the rape and indecent assault of a person under the age of 16, while three other people have been charged with rape.
The 22-year-old is scheduled to appear at The Old Bailey on Friday following an appearance at Greenwich Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The alleged incident involving the 15-year-old female took place on March 5.
"The club has co-operated fully with the Metropolitan Police during their investigation and will continue to do so," read QPR's statement.
"The club has also been in regular contact with the PFA throughout."
The West Londoners, chasing promotion from Division Two, have moved to cover the possible absence of the full back by beating Oldham Athletic to the signing of Rushden & Diamonds defender Marcus Bignot
If this is proven guilty the fucker deserves to slowly rot in prison not only is it a rape it is underage sex

OH my days...what if he didnt do it?? I feel for the poor bloke...my dad is a qpr and I've actually met Forbes..im surprised but well...guess you never know!! surely until then hes innocent until proven guilty?

So many sports starts are being accused of it - here in Australia NRL players (Rugby League) have had afew accusations as have some other sporting codes.
Its so crazy, but I guess as Cpalanfc said people are innoncent until proven guilty. In the meantime it is runing the reputation of many sports, and fans have had enough of it. :x
