Am i the only one.....
Who thinks that this new style of keeping all news relating to one team in one thread is a bit toss?
Just seems nothing appealing to wanting to view a new post on Stoke or Blackpool or anything, however if it was proper news with a proper title it may entice more people to view it.
Don't see the logic behind it to be honest.....

I agree with you entirely, I don't feel inclined to open up say a Stoke or Blackpool post on the off chance there may be an item of interest, whereas a new thread would be tempting. Stay with it.

If a story has "legs", then it deserves a thread. However, most stories are more than fine to go into a "team" thread or a player thread.
Feel free to start good discussions, if you so choose.
Why is this done, as this is archived on the site and on google. As you can see things are not as busy as they should be on here, but I have no doubt in the near future, things will get much more busier.
Feedback is always welcomed.

The Premier and Calcio Italaiano seem to have the format I feel is readily more interesting to the viewer.

Sometimes i post in some thread, then someone else posts a new article in it and changes the title of the thread too....that makes it hard to find the post back
Most news should be put in a new thread imo. If i want to find an article of 1 year ago, say that i want to search for the thread about Boulahrouz signing for chelsea to see what people commented on it... Then the title of that thread will have changed ages ago and i won't have a chance in hell to find it..
Only the most unimportant news should be put together in 1 thread

This is a work in progress, I will admit that. Feedback IS good.
This thread IS good. Please pass on any tips to Mighty Tal or Olzy or Mr Watford.......the last thing we want to do is make things less interesting or hard to follow.
My standard is simple, most stories can go into a team thread. We should concentrate on the big stories for individual threads.
I can't come here to start good discussion, since I don't follow this league, but that should not stop you people from doing so.
I think of at least a dozen threads to start in here.............
Like who will finish first?
Coco Cola 11..the best formation possible?
Who will get relegated?
Surprise team?
Stuff like that........you guys have the will there is a way to make this place better.

If you have something interesting to discuss please make a thread about it. You don't have to post in the team thread. Team threads is important in the fact to give some updates on all teams in the league. I think all clubs deserves to be mention. I find all teams in Championship interesting. You all have liberty to do what you want. You don't have to be a moderator to create a new topic. If you have some ideas of topics, post it.

Come on guys. Now you got your own Ipswich forum. Try to contribute a bit. You got what you wanted, but you hardly post there...

I have to say this new style has maybe not worked? I understood what its there for to keep things tidy and come up on the google search.
hats of to mighty tal for keeping it active. But sometimes you just want to jump into a certain topic when you see the title.

Take your name out of all forums, Olzy out of Watfords', Andyvillas' out of Aston Villas', most moderators out of their own forums and a large percentage would be empty of articles. I contribute if the article is of interest and apart from the occaisional banter try not to post garbage. Most of my posts receive little interest but I still enjoy my time on TSN.

I have only recognize two Ipswich and Watford fans, one Wolves and Norwich fan here since I've join this site. That's the problem. There is too few who feel connected to teams in the Championship. This is a 'ghost' forum until more fans from Championship joins the site and hopefully fans of other clubs in Championship.

i don't like the new style as there's no interest in news on Scunthorpe, and also a lot of the posts seem to be news based not opinion based, fair do's they're might only be 4 or 5 people, but i struggle to see this new format attracting people.

I see a lot of complaining, but no action.
If you want to fix the problem, take control of your forum.
I don't follow this league, but you guys do.
I have to see ANY discussion started here....
LIke who is the best eleven?
Who will make it?
Who won't?
Who is surprising?
Who is a disappointment?
The team threads are post to add a little.
Mighty Tal cool it a bit, just stick to the main stuff.
You other guys, put your "money" where your mouth is.
Start good discussion, instead of this bitchin.
We have heard you loud and clear. We'll try to find a common ground.
