Queens Park Rangers
QPR capture Camp
Quote:
Queens Park Rangers have snapped up Lee Camp from Derby.
The England Under 21 international has inked a three-year deal at Loftus Road after Rangers finally agreed a deal with Derby.
Both sides have been locked in talks for some weeks and Rangers have paid a fee of £300,000 to land Camp.
Derby opted to let Camp move on after bringing in Lewis Price from Ipswich on Friday.
Rangers boss John Gregory was delighted to sign Camp after the goalkeeper enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Loftus Road last season.
"I have finally managed to get my number one priority of the summer in, and I couldn't be more delighted," Gregory told the club's official website.
"Lee played an integral part in helping us maintain our Championship status last season."

Walton makes Rangers move
Quote:
Queens Park Rangers have completed a busy day in the transfer market by signing Simon Walton from Charlton.
Walton is John Gregory's third signing in the last 24 hours following the arrivals of Ben Sahar and Lee Camp.
Rangers have paid Charlton £200,000 for former Leeds youngster Walton.
Walton, who spent most of last season on loan at Ipswich and Cardiff, has pledged to give his all to Rangers in the new season.
"I'm glad it's all sorted out. I've already played five full games during pre-season with Charlton so I feel fresh and I'm raring to go," Walton told the club's official website.
"I like to put my foot in as a player and give my all for the team. I'd run through a brick wall if asked to.
"I might not play well every week but I will always give 100 per cent."
Meanwhile, Charlton have moved to fill the void left by Walton's departure by signing Dean Sinclair from Barnet.
Charlton agreed a compensation deal with Barnet earlier this week and Sinclair has put the finishing touches to his move to The Valley.
Sinclair has penned a three-year deal at Charlton and Addicks boss Alan Pardew believes the 22-year-old will prove a valuable addition to the squad.
"He's a good take for us and the challenge for him is to improve technically and get into the first team," Pardew told the club's official website.
"If he does that then we could have a very good player on our hands."

And he gets himself on the scorers list both on open play and from the spot.

Paladini to sell QPR
Quote:
Queens Park Rangers owner Gianni Paladini has agreed to sell the club.
It is understood that Paladini, who is also chairman at Loftus Road, has struck a £5million deal to part with his controlling share in the club.
He expects the deal to go through in the next few days but plans to stay at QPR in some capacity.
"I've agreed in principle to sell the club," Paladini told the Sunday Mirror.
"I'm selling the vast majority of my shares but I will be retaining a position at the club.
"The deal has not yet been signed off but I expect it to go through next week."
Reports suggest that Football League bosses have withheld central funds from QPR and placed a transfer embargo on the club.
Rangers have also been ordered to repay the entire £500,000 loan they received from Oldham which breached League regulations.

Injury blow for Walton
Quote:
Queens Park Rangers' worst fears have been confirmed with the news that Simon Walton has broken his leg.
The summer signing from Charlton picked up the injury during QPR's friendly win over Fulham at Loftus Road on Friday.
Walton now faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines with the leg injury.
Rangers boss John Gregory has backed Walton to make a quick recovery from the injury.
Major blow
"It appears he's broken his leg, but we're waiting on the X-rays and we should know more in the next 48 hours or so," Gregory told the club's official website.
"It takes the gloss off what was a great evening, but knowing Simon as I do, I'm convinced he'll come back bigger and stronger.

Cook's parting gift to QPR
Quote:
Fulham new boy Lee Cook has made a donation to Queens Park Rangers in an attempt to financially help his former club.
Cook left Loftus Road for Craven Cottage last month as he made the move up to the Premier League.
The 25-year-old is thought to have made a donation in the region of £250,000 to the club he supported as a boy.
"Rangers are struggling for money and, as everyone knows, I'm a boyhood Rangers fan," Cook told the London Evening Standard.
"The club were saying that not enough money had been paid for me. I said 'I'll give you 10 per cent of the sale'.
"It was totally my decision - there was no pressure from anyone. The transfer was agreed but I don't want to see them hard up."
Cook is looking forward to life in England's top flight with Fulham.
"These are exciting times at Fulham," Cook added. "They had a strong squad but they have spent more than £20million in the summer, which shows ambition."
