We've got Blackpool away on a Tuesday night in February. You just bloody well knew it'd be the way..

Quite happy to start at home for the first time in about 7 years. Will be a tough game but hopefully a full house and good atmosphere.

I swear Watford hardly ever get a home game. It sucks.

We will lose this game our opening game record is poor to say the least.

06/07 - Everton (a) lost 2-1
05/06 - Preston (h) lost 1-2
04/05 - Preston (a) lost 2-1
03/04 - Coventry (h) postponed
02/03 - Leicester (a) lost 2-0
01/02 - Man City (a) lost 3-0
00/01 - Huddersfield (a) WON! 1-2

We always lose on opening day. Will probably still go to Wolves though, should be a good game and always an 'interesting' atmosphere there.

Strange how all of Sheffield United's home fixtures are on the same days as West Ham's. Must be a coincidence of the random fixture generator..

I know, but my point is the fixtures are supposed to be made randomly.

Our opening day record isn't too good either. Last time we won on the first day was at Man City ages ago I think. Robbie Keane was playing for us..tells you all you need to know!

Interesting atmosphere? What do you mean? Times have certainly changed at Molineux. The atmosphere has gone from 'poisonous' (fans getting on the players backs, booing etc) to bloody fantastic - we all love Mick (or Merlin as he's known) and trust me, the atmosphere is so, so much different to when you last played here.
