he would probably need to leave Chelsea to further his career as i doubt he would get a game like he does at Plymouth

Or he could fight for first team spot, 4 goals as a winger a Plymouth, could made a bigger differnce against Watford if stayed on.
I would say he needs to be involved more, he is on thoose players that will do nothing for ages and ages and your wondering if he's even playing then get a goal.
He wount be in Chelsea squad next year, because Sahar is taking that youth spot (17 year old Israil squad player), maybe on loan to a prem team.
He's only 17 lol.

The way he jumped between the two defenders and cut in reminded me so much of Robben. I heard he got a good goal so I woke up especially to see it on ITV highlights... so happy I did.
I think he'll make the first team squad next year because I've heard Mourinho mention 4 or 5 players will be leaving in the summer (probably SWP is one) and we cant let a talent like his go to waste.

Sinclair isn't going to make the 1st team next year. He's still not good enough to cut it, but he might be playing in some FA and Carling cup fixtures. As for people leaving, I'd be reluctant to see SWP leave. He's been really good at times, and really poor at other times, but he'd still be a good backup. For 21 million pounds, I wouldn't let him go until he's good enough to at least claim a portion of that money back in transfer fees.
