Town clinch Jeffers signing
Blackburn striker Francis Jeffers has joined Ipswich Town on a month's loan.
Jim Magilton is hopeful of having the player available to feature against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
The player put pen-to-paper on a Town contract on Friday and the Championship club are keeping their fingers crossed that the necessary paperwork will be completed in time.
The England cap joined Rovers on a free transfer last summer but has been unable to force his way into the first-team under Mark Hughes.
The former Everton prospect has scored one goal for Rovers in three starts with a further 12 appearances as a substitute, though he has been hampered in recent months by a groin injury.

Jeffers is not good enough to play in Premiership but he should do well in the Championship.He have some quality to score some goals for Ipswich.

Looked impressive in the few games he played, got injured which ruined his loan spell but it's good to have him til lthe end of the season
