Default Iriekpen arrested

Quote:
Swansea City manager Kenny Jackett says Izzy Iriekpen will face internal disciplinary action after being arrested."We will discipline Izzy but not before we have got all the facts," Jackett said today.

"At the moment all we know is that he was arrested on Saturday night in the Kingsway after being involved in a fight. He has not been charged yet but has to go back to the police station on Thursday, December 14.

"I've spoken to Izzy about what happened but we still need to gather information and to wait and see what he is charged with."

Jackett, who said no other players were involved in the incident, expressed his frustration about the latest in a line of off-field controversies to strike Swansea.

"The only thing I've got to say is that this is not the sort of incident I want my players involved in," he added.

"It's a disappointment because we want to be known for entertaining football and winning football."

Iriekpen's team-mate Andy Robinson was dropped for two matches after committing a public order offence at the same nightclub 21 months ago.

Asked if Iriekpen would also lose his place in the team, Jackett added: "We'll have to wait and see."

who would win? Iriekpen or Knight?
