I dunno, i expect Jim to have a major change about coz of last weeks performance, already talkin of bring in 2 loan players before Sunday, team will probably be......

GK - Supple (If Fit, then probably Drobny)

DR - Matthew Bates
DL - Dan Harding
DC - Jason De Vos
DC - Alex Bruce

MR - Darren Currie
ML - Gary Roberts
MC - Sylvain Legwinski
MC - Simon Walton

ST - Alan Lee
ST - Billy Clarke (Again if fit, probably the goal scoring machine *cough* that is John Macken)

About 2 weeks i believe, think he had a cracked rib and was out for about a month, so i would expect him back by the end of the month, as to whether he'll go back into the side is a different question, i rate Supple higher

I'd rather not tempt fate

4 Keepers are neccesary at the moment, Supple and Price both injured, Drobny never even heard of him rather nto play him in a big match, Pollitt could be a good temporary move.

Unfortunately our natural 3rd choice keeper is in fact our 43 year old golkeeping coach, and the youth keepers look like scared little kids.

we have Paul Gallacher who is our number 1 it seems and is pretty good...then Jamie Ashdown who we have on loan ...then Lee Camp who we also have in on loan ..and then Joe Lewis who is set to be joining Bury on loan to get a few games for his experience - yet he has played against Adriano and co. ..Inter Milan the other season!

Preview

Quote:
New loan signing Mike Pollitt is set to make his Ipswich debut in Sunday's East Anglian derby.

Jim Magilton is without injured Lewis Price and Shane Supple so Wigan goalkeeper Pollitt starts between the sticks.

Matthew Bates is likely to make his debut at right back and Simon Walton returns from suspension, while striker Billy Clarke is fit following a knee injury.

The Canaries will have a debutant of their own - Luke Chadwick is set to come in place of Andy Hughes.

Defender Gary Doherty is back in training after a back injury, but he may have trouble displacing Dion Dublin who has performed well for manager Peter Grant.

It's essential Billy Clarke plays, it's not good that we're placing so much pressure on an 18 year old but we look completly hopless up front when it's not him partnering Lee, the two seem to have a good understanding already, Clarke knows where to run onto Lee's flick on's, Macken hasn't got a clue
