whether it be a restirction on no eu players? or non british players?

No.
Don't care where you come from, if you're good enough you can play. If you're not you shouldn't be and sod the national teams. It's not the clubs' responsibilities to blood English talent, it's their job to play the best players. If they play for England as well then fine, so be it.

no because many teams dont really have many foreign players in the coca cola leagues
and say a team like Carlisle sign a spainish player ..it is kinda exciting for the fans

we have alot of foreigners, yet only one of our starting xi isnt british, but he was british-born
