As are we.
And we finished third from bottom.
said it once and I'll say it again.
English fans are the best in the world, in terms of numbers.

Ah, speak of things you know nothing about.

Games in Italy are attended by mostly men, no children or women..or very little.

Take those away from your league, then they would be more in line.

I think English fans are more passionate, in that they might have more fanatical fans and they attend more often.

In Italy, fans will not go to every game, as they are on Sunday, with Church and family, something has to suffer.

And mention the reason above.

No the fans aren't as fanatical, it's not they really get a say in the clubs like in Italy, there might be more of them but you don't have the 'hardcore' ones, and you don't have the violence either. Ironic talking about the peaceful english!

Maybe that's it, we just don't have the general walk up crowd. People who dicide to take their whole family to a game. In Italy women just don't go to games, its sort of frowned upon. They might go to an odd game, but they wouldn't be tifosi.

The Ultras are always there.

There are still plenty of hooligans in England.

As for Championship getting a higher attendance than Serie A, I'm not surprised. The football is more exciting from what I have seen - technical excellence in defence is no match for crap slip ups in the back 4 in terms of entertainment!

yeh what is Rosa on about.

What i meant by italien fans being rubbish, is that championship clubs who are smallers than the italien league yet have a higher attentance.

You would of thought with your teams having better players you could attract big crowds.

We've given reasons why that is the case. Another reason is that your economy is doing much better, and going to games in Italy is not really cheap.

Secondly, in the end, what difference does it make. You have more population, of course you are going to attract more fans.
