Slovakian forward Pavol Suhaj has signed from AS Trencin on a two-year deal subject to approval from the Football League and Football Association.

Crewe Boss Dario Gradi was pleased to Finally agree a deal with 'The Model', "Pavol will gives us another option because of his size. He has shown that he is willing to run about and work hard for the team and is very mobile for such a tall lad."

"Although he can't speak any English, he can understand the points we are trying to make to him and he picks up things very quickly out on the training ground. He always has a smile on his face and enjoys the work."

Suhaj joins the Crewe attack alongside summer signing Juan Ugarte and Eddie Johnson.

He speaks the universal language of football, that's the main thing :D

He looked good against WBA, didn't play last night against Altrincham - though Mat Bailey did, and scored/forced an own goal (couldn't quite see despite being about 5 yards away) - so hopefully he can be the target man with Jonah playing off him perhaps.
