Watford vs Chelsea
Next saturday.
Thinking about team, J.Cole is unlikly to come back untill Valencia 2nd leg. Makelele can be rested for Wednesday, Lampard can play 45 mins then be rested.
Oh and L.Diarra can be rested as well with Geremi or Ferriera getting a game.
I think based on performence starting x11 has to be.
---------------------Cech------------------------
-Ferreira----Carvalho---Terry-----A.Cole
---------------------Mikel-------------------
-------- SWP------Essien----Lampard--
-------Sheva-----------Drgoba-----------
Essien needs game back from injury, Kalou could start incase of Sheva not full fitness, Bridge is still out, Ballack needs to be droped.
Mikel has to start, consider him for Valencia match as well. Top quallity player, offers alot more then Ballack, except on set pieces.

They shouldn't spend much energy if they plan to beat Valencia.

You say that but you know as well as I do that he won't be dropped he has too much experience. He will definitely play against Valencia he has to take on Albelda. Especially if Frank plays like he did for England. Then we screwed

Rather play Mikel against Watford and save Ballack for Valencia. We're going to need him because he can step up and make up for Lampard's crappy form. He's also been playing continental football for a large portion of his career and would have experience against non-premiership sides like Valencia.

Doubt Franks is going to play because of the injured wrist.

Well great news for Frank and Mikel. Not so gd for Essien, Cole and Bridge. I really hope Essien is ready for Valencia but I doubt it.

I don't think line up will be like this. Ballack will start from the first minute I guess. Essien won't play and probably Lamps.
I think the line up will be like this:
---------------------Cech-----------------------
---Ferreira---Carvalho---Terry---A.Cole---
--------------------Makelele-------------------
------SWP---------Mikel------------Ballack---
-----------Shevchenko---Drogba------------

Indeed, back on post date, I believed Essien to be nearly 100% ,looks unliky now, But I don't see Makelele needed for this game.
-----------Mikel---------
Swp--------------Lampard
---------Ballack------------
Is most likly.

Injurd him himdelf 23 mins into Spurs game, the darnest thing he carried on through pain barrier to full time, what a legend.
He's back to full training today , so maybe a chance for Valencia.
