Says here that Ronaldinho is gonna leave,I dont think this is true.
Ronaldinho wants to leave Barcelona because of Spanish tax laws, it has been revealed.
The Brazilian ace, says AS, has ordered his brother and agent, Roberto de Assis, to secure him a deal with Chelsea before the market shuts on Friday night.
Ronaldinho, who earns almost £17 million-a-year at Barca, will be due to cough up a massive £7 million to the Spanish taxman in 2008 as he enters year five of his stay in the country.
The £40 million Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will offer for Ronaldinho will also be welcome by Barca after their huge outlay on new signings this summer.

That's the main bloody problem with football this days. Yeah, it sucks you gotta pay a bunch of tax (quite a fucking lot, actually) but you'll have 10 million left... i mean... How much things can he buy? How much shit does he need? Hell, i'd be happy as hell will half a million euros. Make good investsments, etc.
And there isn't a passion of the team, the jersey, the fans, the club... I mean. Yeah. If you fulfill your duty and gave everything for 4 years, it's all right to search a new challenge. But not over "i pay too much tax". Sad, very sad.
But anyways, i don't really think he'll leave Barça. But, oh well. Don't really care.

Chelsea offer cash, Ferreira for Porto ace Quaresma
Quote:
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is moving for Porto wing star Ricardo Quaresma.
The Sun says the Blues have offered at least one player - understood to be Paulo Ferreira - plus around £8m in cash.
However, having flogged both Ferreira and Ricardo Carvalho to Stamford Bridge in the first place, Porto are stalling in the hope of getting as much cash as possible - with Quaresma's asking price set at £25 million.
Mourinho has so far recorded a net profit of £7m over the summer and, having lost Arjen Robben, is concerned his 4-3-3 formation could be scuppered if he is hit by injuries.

Michael Ballack could be set for a move to Juventus in the winter transfer market after being left out of Chelsea's Champions League squad, according to reports in Italy.
The German international appears to have fallen almost completely out of favour at Stamford Bridge and the speculation is now set to begin over his future.
Tuttosport believe that la Vecchia Signora are at the head of the queue should Chelsea be willing to allow Ballack to leave, although Real Madrid remain interested.
Since moving to London from Bayern Munich last summer, the former Bayer Leverkusen playmaker has not completely settled and this latest blow could push him closer to a move.
Chelsea were not impressed when he chose to undergo surgery in April and may have chosen to omit him from Europe until the New Year as he will not be fit for the first games.
Tha fact that he is not being included in the Champions League squad means that he will not be cup-tied so Juve could be joined by several big guns when the winter transfer market opens.
Ballack looked to be on the verge of a move to Madrid over the summer, before the Spanish club pulled out because of his wage demands and agent fees.

You may have to take a cut (like Veron and Crespo) as we don't have Europe to give that sort of wage.
He's a good option and would welcome him. He is over rated though.
The best thing about him is his goals. I was shocked to learn he scored 7 goals for you given his shocking form.

tbh I don't think the diamond suited him. Ballack is best coming deep and picking passes.

Which he got to do, the problem was he never imposed himself on the game, soon as he got the ball someone was on hiss ass, he couldn't set up a move, even with his fantastic football brain.
He guy has got everything to be a great player, I think the EPL is too hard for him, if he went to Spain , I think he got massaive reviews.
it was 8 goals btw lol.

Ballack 'to join' Real
Michael Ballack was left out of Chelsea's Champions League squad because he has agreed to join Real Madrid, according to reports.
The Stamford Bridge outfit announced this week that the Germany international was officially dropped from their 23-man squad because of an ongoing ankle injury - but reports now claim he has agreed a staggering £135,000-a-week deal with the La Liga champions.
The 30-year-old has failed to live up to his reputation since arriving in west London on a free transfer from Bayern Munich last summer and could be granted his wish to leave.
However, manager Jose Mourinho will reportedly offer Ballack a final chance to resurrect his Chelsea career if he responds well to being left out of the club's Euro squad.
Ballack was linked with a move to Real just before the transfer window closed at the end of August, with Bernd Schuster confirming earlier this week that a deal had been close.

'New Ibrahimovic' in talks with Chelsea
by Chris Stanton, 04 December 2007
Chelsea are in negotiations to sign Marko Mitrovic, the 16-year-old Malmo forward dubbed 'the new Zlatan Ibrahimovic'.
The teenage Swede has attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal, Blackburn, Inter, Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven, but Chelsea are at the front of a growing queue.
Malmo's sporting director Hasse Borg has revealed that the Swedish club are holding talks with their English counterparts.
However, Borg added a cautious note to suggestions that a transfer was imminent.
"We are in negotiations with Chelsea at the moment, but nothing has been decided yet," he said.
