Last season was great on TS, but let's see if we can improve from last season. and the season after!

Since arriving at TS I've done the majority of Milan game threads (except when you or Joel beat me to it), pre-game and post-game comments for every single Milan game bar none, post-game and general comments for other Serie A games I managed to watch, articles and/or commentary every time a Milan player so much as farts, pics on important occasions, plus the last several rounds of the prediction league after Joel got busy.
The amount of work Joel does for this forum is absolutely massive and is more than I do, but don't make it sound like everyone else is sitting on their asses here.
As for who should do what, I like the current system too ("do what you see needs doing" rather than assigned tasks). The only downfall of the current system is if everyone starts mutually waiting for someone else to do things, but based on how things are going I don't see that happening soon.

I'm talking about doing ALL the game threads/post game for all games, not just one game. ex Milan. You've done the majority of the Milan games, but not other teams. I'm talking about having a person post game threads for all the games as part of that persons duty.
But i guess we should leave it as is. First come first serve basis. I'll stay away from Prediction league points as i don't know how the format to calculate them.

I give Milan priority, then post on other clubs' threads when I can, and if it's a game or situation I have something to say about. I post about what I care about. You all get more interesting posts from me like this, and more activity as well, because this way I'm not forcing myself to write vacuous tripe. That's the way I work, and I've worked my ass off to bring the Milan forum to the point it's at today. If that's not "enough" for you, that's not my problem.

As far as I'm concerned you're completely welcome to do them if you want (1 point for correct result, 3 points for correct result AND exactly correct score), though for my part I'll be mostly staying away from posting videos, since my connection really isn't fast enough to download and watch them on anything like a regular basis.

To be honest mate as far as modding the Milan forum is concerned I've pretty much been able to leave it in your capable hands as you've done such a good job, just as Dave does in the Roma forum.
So if people like yourself want to make the Milan forum a priority that's fine, in fact I would encourage it. That way I've got more time to concentrate on the smaller, less active club forums.

Chill dude...i don't care what you contribute to forums. All i was simply saying was that IF we had duties for certain members, the person would have to post all game threads for all games. But since were not, don't worry.
btw- i'm too interested in posting the points, i rather post the game results. In the event i make an error and minus Kahn some points

Maybe for the Roma forum, it could say something like this...
"AS Roma means passion, warmth and sentiment, a unique and magical team, just like the city they represent"

Just a thought...Arranging the Clubs in the Calcio forum to be in alphabetical order opposed to random placement?
Example:
Gli Azzurri
AC Milan
AS Roma
Fiorentina
Internationale
Juventus
Lazio
Parma
Other Italian Clubs
Italian Players and Coaches Abroad
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Or placing the big clubs first.
Gli Azzurri
AC Milan
AS Roma
Internationale
Juventus
Fiorentina
Lazio
Parma
Other Italian Clubs
Italian Players and Coaches Abroad
Personally, i like things in alphabetical order, but that just my personal preference. But whatever Joel/Jager decide is fine. Just thinking of small ways to improve the forum

I actually agree with that and I've talked with Jager about it in the past.
We'll look into it.

I don't personally care what order the forums are put in, but if it's going to be with the biggest clubs at the top... how is Roma the second-biggest club in Italy?
Should be more like:
Gli Azzurri
Juventus
Milan
Internazionale
Roma
Fiorentina
Lazio
Parma
Other Italian Clubs
Italian Players and Coaches Abroad
And if they're to be alphabetized, including Roma's "AS" and Milan's "AC", then you've also got to include Lazio's "SS", Inter's "FC", etc. Otherwise Milan should be alphabetized under M and Roma under R.
But however you want to do it is fine by me.

I don't like all the popular forums crunched up at the top, with the lesser ones at the bottom. There is a "madness" to what I do. I understand the need to question everything that I have done here, but I like it that way, so we don't have all the popular forums crunched together, but spread out.
Let me think about it, I will discuss it with Joel, with your feedback, we'll see if we can fix it.
Just a question..is this really a big deal?

No, frankly I don't care about it whatsoever and am completely fine with it staying how it is. I don't see why it's even an issue to be honest.
My point was simply that, IF it must be arranged by "big club order" or IF it must be alphabetized, then that needs to be done accurately.
But honestly I don't get why we need to do either in the first place.

I labeled them in alphabetical order as they are already labeled.
Big clubs= AC Milan, AS Roma, Juve, Inter, Fiorentina, Lazio, Parma. <- 4 big clubs, then rest in alpha order.
But i agree that the names of all clubs should be changed so they include the "FC". All forums should be consistent.

It was just a suggestion. But i like Diabolico's idea of renaming the forums with FC etc.

It's a fair point mate but if we did it alphabetically it would look like this (popular forums in bold):
Gli Azzurri
Fiorentina
Inter
Juventus
Lazio
Milan
Parma
Roma
Other clubs
Italians Abroad
It's not as bunched as you make it out to be.
