Italian forum feedback

I would say chaos is a bit strong, out of the 25 or so active threads in there right now, only 4 or 5 of them were off topic, and not off topic like random talking, off topic as in they didnt match the heading anymore because soccer conversation took them in a different direction. But i deff feel thats a big overstatement. Ours just happens to be the most active forum, and with so many threads and convorsations its impossible to keep all of them from straying a bit. Other forums only have a couple of active threads so it may appear as though they are more organized. The calcio section should be so lucky to have more forums like the roma forum.

I see what your saying jager so dont get me wrong, i agree and we are trying to keep things as organized as possible...but you have to realize my work load more then doubled now then Forza Roma doesnt have moding abilities. And as you know ive been working on graphics battles, and doing the 3 pools for the fantasy football, organizing and recruting for the italian prediction league and trying to post in the lounge and keep the tech thread going as well as others. So im doing the best i can.

You are right, it was the wrong choice of words. And my comment was meant as constructive, so I hope you took it as such.

Its very important that we stay on topic, because if a member, or perspective member sees a thread called "Mancini" the player, and your talking about how many kids you are going to have, this could put them off.

I posted this in the feedback section here, and I'm just giving my two cents on this.

Ya i understand, and im not going to deny we go off topic, just know im trying to take care of it as fast as possible. Its hard to because we are such a close group of guys there that convos can easily switch from soccer related to anything else in 2 seconds haha...but we as a group will strive to keep our convos more on topic for ya!

There are other Mods/Admins in the Calcio section Vecchia...Don't feel it is your responsibility to move the posts alone...just because you're an active member in a forum doesn't exclude others Mods/Admins from using their abilities accordingly in that particular forum as well.

Just my opinion...you're doing a great job though bro.

I don't believe anyone has suggested that he is not doing a good job. Don't start fires mate. This is feedback section, that is what we are doing. Vecchia doesn't need you to defend him, he is doing a great job.

I'm a mod of the whole World Football forums.

But, I have been 'warned' to stay away, as one Calcio staff (I wasn't given the name) wasn't pleased with off-topic cleaning I did. That staff member felt that it's his place, and I shouldn't have touched things.

I really didn't want to make it a big issue over nothing.
I still don't make it any biggie.

But, believe me, from that day, I've never visited the Roma forum anymore.

Anyway, don't want to speak about this anymore really.

Was just pointing out that I did at least care.

You have the power to move any post you see fit...no one should tell you otherwise. Unless it was another mod in that section that asked you not to. Then it's somewhat understandable as they may take care of things. But we appreciate your comments in the Roma forum Trim. It would mean a lot for you to return to the Roma section. Your part of our starting lineup don't forget (Even though i never made the cut onthe Bayern lineup lol)

But that's exactly what i mean...you didn't cause it to be offtoppic, but yet you still moved the posts...hence the reasoning for being a Mod

I have done a few game threads, if you all please follow the example that Joel and myself have been doing.

Its important to put the year and the MD in front of the teams.....like...

MD2: Parma - Livorno (season year) ..if you want to put the actual date, that is fine, but I"m not holding anybody to that.

There are way too many CH4 articles here and not much discussions. No need to post every article from CH4...becomes repetitive and boring. Especially, when the articles do not instigate discussions.
