Nakata set for Bolton
Quote:
Nakata set for Bolton
Bolton have joined Charlton in the chase for Hidetoshi Nakata. The Fiorentina playmaker is now Bolton boss Sam Allardyce’s main target as he looks to strengthen his squad in time for this season’s UEFA Cup campaign. After Fiorentina signed fellow midfielder Stefano Fiore, Nakata is thought to be surplus to requirements at the Viola and could be set to leave. While Charlton are also reportedly interested, it is thought that Bolton are now in the lead to sign the player.

Okocha long-term replacement? Good signing if you get him. Nakamura is better though! :0

Fantastic signing for Bolton, he's probably best Japanese player.
I didnt see this coming, I thought if he was going anywhere it would be to another Italian club.

i believe they will play a loose 4141
.................speed
nolan....nakata....okocha....diouf
................borgetti
diouf will get a freeish role and okocha will drift out into the hole thats left when diouf attacks.
nakata will drop deep and try and create killer passes.

he should be a good signing for Bolton if he performs and under Allardyce I hope he does well. Bolton have an interesting, experienced side this season and might be a suprise package this season.

I watched Bolton entertain Everton this weekend. They're a joke.
They can't string 3 passes together without hoofing it up, ridiculous. Nakata won't play into Big Sam's mentality..although Borgetti will probably prosper. I didn't enjoy the game one bit. Everton deserved the 3pts for putting up with that borefest and being clinical with their ONE chance.
I'm watching the Newcastle match on Wednesday too..I'm not paying, so whatever. *yawn*
