i dont believe a word of that. these ppl are professional footballers, to say they cant is an overstatement. ronaldhino, etc are taletend enough to make a minor adaptation in there game. alot of successful teams play a 4-4-2, regardless of how good there defences r.
also, hypothetically, if that is the case, buy some good defenders! its ridicolous to bench eto or messi b/c of henry, who hasn't proved shit with barca yet.

they mite be proffessionals but that would be like changing their positions, ronaldinho and messi arent midfielders, theyre strikers

and the last point about it being ridiculous to bench them...... thats the reason barcelona fans dont want him, it would be a real waste

Our team cannot function without a defensive midfielder to protect our weak link (the back four). Xavi isnt a defensive midfielder. His game suffers alot if he plays as a DM.

Of course they can, but they won't. Messi has more chance, but Barca's success is built on having the two wingers forward at all times creating headaches.

I don't see how playing Henry yet forcing Ronnie and Messi to track back is going to be beneficial to Barca either.
