Think about it....would an Asian club randomly pick Eto'o from any player in the world? No.

in 2005 Al Ittihad tried to loan, for 5 million each Kaka or Eto'o cuz they were playin in the world club championships. the loans we're supposed to last for 12 days as sort of a help out, trade boostin, publicity stunt. Milan said no, but Barca said mayb next year. and so this year they're gettin Eto'o but not for very long

I hear up to 9 games if they reach the final.

As he is not going to the world cup i can see why he is doing it but this could affect him for next season especially if he picks up an injury. The most important part of the season for a player is pre season, if he dont get a pre season behind him due to being injured, then barca will have problems
