we really bottled it...

looked really poor... wigan werent much better, and pretty much scored from their only chances, but you take your chances, you get what you deserve...

main difference was the keepers...

kirkland was quality.. really commanding, and pulled off some decent saves...

carson picked the ball out of the net twice...

not one player really stood out for the villa as anything other than complete and utter gash...

was nice to see mellberg off though...

all in all, very deflated that we have bottled a good position and could now end up as low as 9th in the table after a very promising season...
