Good debut. Should of had a goal.
Just one thing for the English.
everyone on MotD said Carew all wrong. it sounds nothing like that.
it doesnt sound like ROO, like Kangaroo.

we hammered the barcodes...
just couldnt get a break and had a mad first 7 mins...
after that, they offered nothing until the 93rd min when they hit us on the counter as we pushed for an equaliser...
just one of those nights...
but carew and young were fantastic...

yeah he looked like he did well, Carew's goal should have stood, Sibierski, it wasn't even 'six of one, half a dozen of the other' as the MOTD pundits put it, it was all Sibierski pulling Carew...

stunned when I saw the replay
terrible decision
wiley's another homer - gave us everything for 95% of the game yesterday
which made no diff as we where outclassing spuds anyway
but he's equal oppourtunity in his rubbish reffinggave them a soft FK which led to a goal

I think Aston Villa seems like a better team now with the new arrivals Young and Carew.Did not deserve to lose yesterday.Villa create some ubelievable chances.

seen plenty of shit ones and some even worse linesmen, but no homer refs... |

We were shite last night, no doubt. Every time we conceed a goal, the team falls apart. The SHITE defense makes the whole team insecure. Thats our main problem. This mediocrity will continue until our defense are sorted.
Carew was good last night, he pulled our defence all over and O'Neill did us a favour taking him off. Should definately had his goal allowed.
