Stefan Postma has joined Wolves in a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

The former Dutch Under-21 international has enjoyed a successful loan spell at Molineux in the first half of the season. He has now completed a permanent move to the Championship side.

Postma joined Villa from Dutch outfit De Graafschap in May 2002 as understudy to Peter Enckelman.

The 29-year-old made just nine League and cup starts for Villa in three-and-a-half years and Stuart Taylor's arrival last summer pushed him further down the pecking order.

He joined Wolves on loan in August and, after a spell on the bench, forced his way into Glenn Hoddle's first team plans

Cheers Villa. He has been superb for us..I know he's not exactly highly rated by some, but he has come into our side and been fantastic. Kept 6 clean sheets out of 12 appearances which is an excellent record. how much do you think it cost us?

hes found his level... apparently hes a smashing guy and really down to earth, but not good enough for the prem...
