Default v Arsenal

Just seen the score. Good result for you.

I heard you had 3 first choice defenders out so to keep out an Arsenal side that are fresh from putting 4 past pompey is quite an effort. So was it a great performance from Villa or are Arsenal just utter shíte away from home?

andy gray is a **** of the highest order...

we did really well throughout and were unlucky not to win...

the ref was awful...

considering we had the players below out injured, to completely outplay arsenal and be unlucky not to beat them is very encouraging...

Gary Cahill (knee)
Jlloyd Samuel (shoulder)
Martin Laursen (knee)
Patrick Berger (knee)
Olof Mellberg (hamstring)
kevin phillips (ankle)
Ulises de La Cruz (calf)
Lee Hendrie (achilles)
Wilfred Bouma (knee)

This game showed Villa's potential. Villa Park is a super ground too, never been there but they showed some nice shots of it before the match.

Arsenal may not have been at their best, but Villa were a little unfortunate YET AGAIN! Davis and McCaan looked super together.

how luke moore didnt get a penalty i dont no
and what david platt said

"it wasnt a penalty because toure had his eye on the ball"

so if he has his eye on the ball and misses it, takes the player down that isnt a penalty?
