This result really surprised me but I have to say Arsenal deserved it. Not sure whether Arsenal just played amazing or whether the old men of Milan have just had their day.
Arsenal had far more chances and were far more dominant over the 2 legs than the score suggests. They wasted so many chances. As a Man Utd fan that is a good sign, considering their current shortage of strikers.
This result we give them a confidence boost though and will surely end a mini run of bad form.
Still with such a small squad them staying in Europe for longer is good news for our league challenge.

Clichy impressed me the most, might be looking at best lb in next 3 years.
Cesc goal was brill, very impressed. Goes to show , EPL teams are just better, or getting so close to being dominite in Europe.

A totally deserved win of Arsenal, they've dominated since first minute.
I have to say, this was surprising. Well done.

Arsenal was the best team and well deserved win. Milan need new strikers. Pato, Gilardino and Inzaghi looked like shit to me and I can't believe Ambrosini is a regular player. He's a fucking joke.

Congratulations to Arsenal for clinching qualification. They are truely an amazing side that kept their heads level throughout both leg. The boys came out determined to prove that experience isn't everything and I think they really showed Milan a hard lesson.
I am sure they will go far if they keep up the spirit. Congrats again

This is completely a slanderous statement about him. I did not see the game, but you can't judge a whole career on one performance. He actually is a very good DM, who is very intelligent on the ball and off. To call him that is completely wrong.

Great performance by Arsenal. I watched the game throughout and thoughroughly enjoyed from start to finish.
From an english perspective I like to see Walcott doing his thing; the Cl is the highest level and to see a young English talent play such an instrumental role in a goal makes my proud...I hope he will get more opportunities to show his pace for the Arsenal first team (not to mention his pacey assist, but he also caught up and tackled Kaka with ease! he is blisteringly quick!)
My man of the match: Flamini - Did everything brilliantly, from defending to playing the ball. Kept Kaka quiet and allowed Cesc and co. to play ball. A text book performance for a DM.
All in all i feel that the result was well deserved. Although Arsenal dominated and played attractive, quality football I felt that it was the kind of game where Milan would nick it (because Arsenal didn't take their earlier chances I could imagine 'sods law' coming into play)...but Cesc scored and the game was done...Well done gooners.

I thought Milan were pretty shit over the 2 legs. Than again, I thought the same thing about them last yr up until the semi's. Unlike last yr though, Kaka couldn't carry them.
Blessing in disguise for Milan. Now they cant put off looking for new players and a new coach like they have the past 2 seasons.
Credit to Arsenal though. Wenger has a fantastic record against Italian clubs in the CL.

Another brilliant performance. I was getting worried towards the end since we'd had so many chances and hadn't converted any. Cesc's shot was awesome, Walcott's really showed off his pace on the 2nd (and earlier when he caught up with and tackled Kaka as matthew mentioned).
Here's a video of the goals:
Video Ac Milan Vs Arsenal Goals Of The Game 04.03.08 Fabregas Adeb - Buts, Milan, AC, Arsenal - Dailymotion Share Your Videos
I thought Clichy looked good, and Senderos continued his run of good form in the Champions League (no matter how shit he can be in the premier league). Flamini and Fabregas were both awesome, really controlled the midfield and shut down Kaka, Pirlo, and co.
Now to replicate this form in the EPL so our lead doesn't slip away...
