Baptista in and Reyes out
Loan deals both, on bcc.
And apparantly gallas and Cole are close to changing clubs.
So Arsenal fans cant say its been a bad transfer window if these two go through, they be stronger as they can replace Reyes and Cole no problem.

Its arsenal they dont do english players, they should but the rules wont come into place for years and i hope they never come as i dont see why it matters where a player comes from.

ok its simple mate. this year all clubs must have 3 players Homegrown(form there country so i.e Chelsea need 3 english players i.e Lampard, terry, swp.) and i think this year 2/3 homegrown club players (who dont have to be english but have to be trained by the club so i.e chelsea terry,Manchienne and jimmy smith)
this is for the european chamipnship.
then the next year its more like 4/6 homegorwn and 4 clb homegrown.
i think this is in play all ready.

i thought if u played 3 seasons with a club as long as they were when u were U21 u count as homegrown.
and i thought u only needed 4 this year with 6 the next and 8 the next but u only need 2 from ur own club this year, so for arsenal fabregas would count and the other 2 would just have to be from the same country or could be like fabregas

I dont think these rules have come into play especially if you have to have 3 players in the team for the premiership as im sure Arsenal played the other week with just Walcott on the bench as there only English player.

The rule would only be good news for us, we would have Smith, Rio, Gaz, Brown, Foster, Carrick, Scholes, Rooney and if its home based players too then Fletcher, Giggs, O'Shea.

i dont think your right kyan about the under 21 rule. if never read that. if the player was trianed At the youth setup then he counts as homegrown club not if he played 2 years under 21 or what ever.
