He used to play for River Plate, now he´s playing for Wolfsburgh on germany, in my opinion a waste of talent

A shocking waste, D'Alessandro is easily one of the best players of his generation, and for him to be languishing in midtable Bundesliga mediocrity is almost perverse ::upset::

Lazio is (or was) interested in him this summer too; apparently they made River and offer but River refused since want more than Lazio wanted to pay. Anyway I hope he goes somewhere where he'll actually play, rather than sitting on the bench as a 2nd or 3rd keeper.

In other River transfer rumors, does anyone know what's going on with Nelson Rivas? Supposedly Inter was very interested in him and had possibly even scheduled his medical, but that rumor seems to have died now.
