[ Boca 1 - 1 Salt Lake ] (pre-season freindly)

boca played realy well, without riquelme, they missed many chances to win the match.

they conceded a goal early in the match and attacked for the whole first half to get the equalizer but failed.
in the second half, hungry buselli entered. and with his first touch scored the equalizer.
the rest of the match was played in the american teams' half but the argies couldn't scored.

a good match for boca. even though, the result look bad.

Jesus Dátolo says he is ready to replace joan roman riquelme as boca's 10.
he said that he wants roman to stay, but he wants to prepare himself for the departure of riquelme wich seems close.

Dátolo was very good at the preseason matches in the USA and in the copa panamericana. but a replacor for riquelme?
at least, he is sure he can do that.

Not a good start at all. Aside from the loss of Riquelme and Diaz, the squad hasn't changed that much, so hopefully they can get their act together soon.

what a dramatic win! Ledesma scored at the last minute the winner. boca win 2-1!!

the first half was boring. but the second half started in storm when palacio scored the first goal. 2 minutes later it was 1-1. and ledesma came to the rescue in the end. and we have another 3 points .

boca are 4th now. 5 points away from independiente(#1).

a point ahead of independiente.

boca are looking good. I think they got used to playing without riquelme... ledesma scored 2 goals in the last 2 games.

a surprisingly poor perorformance led to a 1-0 loss in colon. boca go down to second in the ranking but are still with the same number of points as ind'te.

Palermo is being praised a lot. He is now only 12 goals behind Varallo's 108 Boca record in the apetura.

Varallo is the only person still alive that played in the first World Cup final back in 1930.

amazingly, Pablo Alvarez(estudiantes) and Pablo Ledesma(Boca) were sent off, exactly like in the match 1 year ago between boca and estudiantes in 'el bonbonera'.
