his name is carlos, but he's often called carlitos because he's very small... he's an argie of course!

he isn't used to the pl yet, but once he will, he'll be unstoppable.

Yep by SkySports.

He was always gonna need some games to gain fitness and settle in, people forget he was thrown straight into a team with so many injuries and suspensions. And he had no pre season training either with us so it was a tough start but he is made of strong stuff and has great character. He deserved that goal today big time

First of many!

Tevez: United Suit Me Better Than Argentina

Carlos Tevez has revealed that he is far happier with life at United than with life in the Argetinean national side

Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez has claimed the Old Trafford side's style of football is far better suited to his game than that of the Argentinean national side.

Tevez' recent trip to South America to play for his national side wasn't the greatest: failing to score in the win over Bolivia, he was then red carded in the defeat to Colombia.

And while the striker reckons his drought for in the famous blue and white stripes may jeopardise his spot in the starting XI, Tevez has no such concerns about United, where he has regularly been banging in the goals.

"I'm finding it easier to play for United than I am for the national side," he said. "There seems to be more space to exploit.

"If you're the No. 9 you have to score goals. I haven't scored one in my last four games for Argentina. In England it's the opposite," he continued. "I'm scoring goals even though I'm not always in the No 9 position."

I think by the end of this season, he will suit anywhere. Just let Fergie be finished with him, hes doing great now, but we all know he can reach those heights he reahced with Boca, and it can only be great news for both United and Argentina because that Carlitos was simply out of this world.

^ yeah, ferguson is realy great in making the yougsters great. its good tevez is at a club like that.

in argentina he wasn't so good after the copa-america of 2004 where he was the best player of the tournament and carried argentina to the final (and was the MOTM of the final but we lost in penalties)!

he is very rated in argentina... he knocked a legend like hernan crespo out of the line-up!

interesting how he thinks in england it is easier for him or that he plays better in the EPL...

yeah just look at Ballack, Shevchenko, Kezman, Eduardo... They set their previous leagues alight but thus far have either failed miserably or been pretty average in the Premiership.

I think it's understandable that Tevez finds it easier playing with United than with Argentina, he's playing just behind Rooney for us but I guess for Argentina he has to be the focal point when he's playing with Messi.

Getting the ball from deep and working it forward definitely seems to be getting the best out of him.

in argentina he plays either: (home matches)

pato
Zanetti - Demichelis - Milito - Heinze
Mascherano - Cambiasso
Riquelme
Messi - - - Tevez
Kun/Crepo
or: (away matches)

pato
Zanetti - Demichelis - Milito - Heinze
Mascherano
Gago - Cambiasso
Riquelme
Messi - - - -
- - - - - - - Tevez/Crespo

in united he plays a second striker behind rooney I guess. second striker is his best position by far.
