The English Premier league season is drawing to a close with Manchester United still ahead of Chelsea. Charlton, West Ham and Watford are currently in the relegation zone. In the League Championship Derby and Birmingham are at the top of the table with Sunderland just one point behind and Southend, Leeds and Luton in the relegation zone. Scunthorpe and Bristol City are in the promotion spots at the top of the League One standings. In Scotland Celtic are well ahead of Rangers who are followed by Aberdeen.
In Serie A Inter are still on fire with Roma in second place. Barcelona and Sevilla are ahead of Real Madrid at the top of the Spanish Primera. Schalke 04 and Werder Bremen lead the Bundesliga. Lyon and Lens head the French Ligue 1 standings PSV Eindhoven have a narrow lead over Ajax in the Dutch league while Porto are top of the Portuguese Liga standings ahead of Benfica.
