His dad is the coach of the US Mens National team; people were claiming nepotism early but hes played very well, especially against Brazil back in September. He started off in MLS on the Metrostars when he was 17 (I think) and moved over to Holland in the January transfer window in 2006. He was in camp for the USA prior to the World Cup but didn't make the team, he was on the roster for the 3 send off games. He got his first cap for the USA that May as a sub against Venezuela and his first start was this past March against Ecuador where he was the best player on the field not named Landon Donovan. He scored a goal against Switzerland in a 1-0 USA win back in October.

BTW, Heerenveen played this past Wednesday and Bradley scored then also in a 5-1 win, so he actually had 3 goals this week so add 1 more to his total.
