Nothing Tim could have done for that goal. This season he has only made 1 or 2 mistakes that have cost us points. That is an excellent record when you see the amount of games his goalkeeping skills have kept us in the game. In my opinion he is up there with the best in the premiership, and so glad we've signed him now. Could prove to be one of the best signings Moyes has made. But can't see him winning many titles under Moyes, he is fa too negative and at home, when drawing 1-1, and chasing for the win, he chnaged the game around by bringing on two defenders for a striker and midfielder. So 6 defenders were on the pitch, along with already a defensive midfielder, so 8 defensive minded players on the pitch out of 11. And that llowed them to pile on the pressure and score.

I only saw about 15 minutes of the match, but he was excellent. I'm very happy that he's doing so well at Everton. Hopefully they'll have a lot of success with Tim in goal and he will continue to build confidence that will spill over into his performance for the NT.

Yeah, he played very well for United, but then seemed to lose his confidence and ultimately his spot. Once they brought in Van der Sar, there was no way Tim was going to win a regular place for awhile, anyway. So Everton seems to have been his destiny.
