Friedel is #1... the goal Howard let up he could do nothing about... I still like him, but as a #2 to Friedel for now. Keller is #3... he isn't getting first team football anymore, tho Bruce loves him so we'll see.

everyone is going to make a mistake or two and Timmy did but the goal that Carrol gave up was one of the worst I've ever seen. Worse than any I have seen from frenchman in years past for Man United.

I agree -- but it is enough of a blunder (they won and were through so no real consequences) for Ferguson to drop Carrol?

maybe? maybe not? I don't know but I do know that if it was the other way and it was Howard with this atrocious gaff they would be all over him, saying that he's terrible, that he sucks and we would hear flapper this flapper that. |

Caroll im afraid even though he made that mistake will still keep his place, he in my view is a far better assured keeper. He can catch crosses which is so important and something which timmy has a problem with. I hope timmy can stay on but he still has areas he has to improve. He is going to get a chance against arsenal in the league cup so we may see what happens.
