I did question it...did you not read the part of my post that says i hate my government...i think they are a joke..

The part of this thread im getting mat at is that vargas and others are bashing american citizens for the crimes of our goverenment/military, both present and past.

I dont agree with the things weve done, or we are doing, or that we are going to do...

But to say that "the americans" were okay with the mass murder in Korea or anywhere else is fuckin bullshit...Im not ok with it and 99% of the citizens of this country are not ok with it. Thats what im trying to say here.

Americans like to visit eruope because of the histroy, and because a very big portion of us have european heratige.

Health care here is great, as long as your not poor...if your poor your fucked, but its sure as hell of a lot better then canada...I live in detroit right near windsor and have lots of canadian friends...

Many kids might not do as well on standardized test as they do in some countries, because thats not what we do here, we are not taught to take tests, and our grades arent determined by tests as much as they are class work, so we dont focus on that here...in some countries i know they only focus on tests...they take the whole semester without tests, and then the whole grade is determined by a final...its not like that here.

And thats high school/grade school kids...Our colleges and Universities are amoung the best in the world, and are taught by some of the smartest people in the world, including those who IMMAGRATE here to live and teach..

I dont like the fact that the president can run for office and promise many things and then never follow up on them..I think the goverment needs major retooling...the president promises tons of stuff...gets elected, and then puts all his friends in congress who will vote and agree on anything he says and wants to do...I def agree that the president has way to much power here and way to much free reign, but what am i suppose to do about it....RUN FOR PRESIDENT?...i dont like it either, but dont come here and bash me and my countryment because a couple dumb fuckin presidents let the power go to their head.....we as citizens have shit as say...we can vote...but who really elects the president? The electoral college who is suppose to vote base on the states decisions, but they dont always...the government here is shit..theres no denying that and im not trying to and never have...but you are all making this attacks on the citizens, like we were the ones who went to korea and bomed them and then watched its a wonderful life on tv.....

Canada has universal health care, which sounds great, because everyone gets it but the hospitals and patient care there are a joke...You sit in hospitals for hours just waiting to get in to see someone...perscriptions are expensive...alot of people i know come here to get them..

My moms friend would have sat in a canadian hospital with mediocare doctors and died from cancer...instead he crosses the boarder every day to come to a good hospital and recieve treatment to fight his cancer....

Plus hey i mean if you want me to dig, im sure i can go and find tons of litterature on your guys's countries that shows them at war, killing thousands and all different types of shit to...you all act like your countries are so innocent, but theyve probobly all been in similar...maybe smaller or less frequent but similar problems in their history.

AGAIN I DONT SUPPORT MASS MURDERING OF ANY KIND...OR ANY MURDERING FOR THAT MATTER...BUT YOU CANT HONESTLY BELIEVE THE USA IS THE ONLY COUNTRY WHO HAS THESE TYPES OF THINGS GOING ON NOW OR 50 YEARS AGO OR HUNDERDS OF YEARS AGO...MAYBE WE ARE IN THE SPOT LIGHT, BECAUSE LIKE IN HIGH SCHOOL EVERYONE HATES THE POPULAR GUY FOR SOMETHING...AND ALL THE SMALLER COUNTRIES HAVE TO HATE ON US...IDK THE REASON...BUT YOU CANT HONESTLY SIT HERE AND TELL ME THAT THE USA IS ONE OF THE MOST DESIRED PLACES TO LIVE IN THE WORLD....I KNOW THATS NOT THE TOPIC IN THIS THREAD, BUT THATS WHAT IT HAS TURNED INTO...YOU GUYS BASHING AMERICA AND ME DEFENDING IT..

Would you expect me to do anything less? If i came on here saying nicaragua sucked, or canada sucked, or italy sucked...would you not defend you country? would you just say ya it does suck, and because our government is powerful and bullies people, that means that all its citizens support it and act the same way???????

Oh and vargas in 1990 i was 4 1/2 years old so how could i support any political figure or military/ government action???
