To have doubts over whether or not a player can succeed at Chelsea is normal, but if we are so hesitant, we are really going to miss out in the transfer window.

I understand what you both are saying and I know that he cannot carry Milan all by himself and that he was injured and obviously at Chelsea there will be rotation and that he won't have to carry the whol team but...

I'm not really talking about last season apart from the Milan vs. Arsenal game where he went up against and English team and kinda failed to inspire, of course he can have off days but...my main problem is I don't like the way Roman thinks sometimes. It seems as if he thinks that going after the big name players and paying shit loads for them will help the team when blueberry makes a valid point, big, establsihed names sometimes bring chaos to the team rather than calm.

My main worry is that because he isn't that used to the physical game that he might not quite be the World Player of the Year that he was and that we would have once again spent shit loads on a flop. He IS younger than Sheva and should be able to adapt but going for big names ruined us once I just don't want it to happen again.
