I think Quieroz will definately be the man to take over from Ferguson. He's making himself the perfect candidate, and he's certain to get Ferguson's recommendation. The only worry is that assistants can often have trouble getting away from being the player's man and being the boss instead. But our squad shouldn't be that immature by this point, and Quieroz is more of a father figure than a mate to the players.
