I have mixed opinions over Xabi. He's an organiser and not a bad DM. But, he slows down the play, if I remember correctly.
You know how Schweini slows the play? Xabi does the same, if not worse. (Or, am I wrong?)
Maybe T.A.L. can tell us more the characteristics of Xabi.
