So simply Frank. They're located in the same place like the old smilies. Just check the Smilie list.
When you create the new thread, it's this button:
. Click it, scroll down, it says 'show all smilies'. Or also, you can view the smilies in the right side when you enter the page to create the new thread. Click over '[More]', and they'll appear.
You never used smilies before?
