Allan Johnston, Martyn Corrigan and Mehdi Taouil are out along with longer term absentees Alan Morgan, Frazer Wright, Craig Bryson and Willie Gibson.
Artur Krysiak will be given a chance to impress in Gretna's goal, with Greg Fleming being rested.
Ryan Baldacchino, Danny Hall and Steven Hogg also replace Brendan McGill, Rhys Meynell and Abdul Osman.
