I disagree, I don't think many countries have 11 world class players throughout their teams.

I think England have problems because:

1. We haven't had a fit, goalscoring striker playing regularly for their club for at least 3 years now...

2. There's so much pressure, expectation and criticism levelled at the English NT that players don't enjoy playing for England as much anymore, they're too scared to make mistakes.

3. Goalkeeping errors, throughout the qualification campaign...

4. McClaren was a shoddy manager and Capello is still feeling his way around and is yet to play competitively.
