It's good news for Juve, and it wont put the club into debt. They're building it on top of the Delle Alpi, so thats y its not as expensive compared to other stadium developments.
When completed, it will be the only stadium in Italy owned by the club, and the only stadium in Italy open 7 days a week with restaurants, shops, etc, as well as VIP boxes (120 of them, for the 120 ppl in Italy who can afford them lol), so thats alot more $$$ for Juve. They no longer need to pay a lease on it, and all the revenue goes to the club, so economically this is a huge step forward.
It's going to have the Allianz Arena lighting thing on the outside, except they will be able to project images like players, club symbols, etc onto it.
Most important thing from a fans perspective is that the the running track is being removed and the stands are going to be really close to the pitch. Considering the current Olimpico is louder than certain grounds in England 3 times its size, a new 40,000 capacity stadium with seats really close to the pitch will be amazing.
