International Competitions
Portugal finished last european championship, played in Alcorcon (Madrid, Spain), in the 3rd position. In 2008, portuguese national team will play for the World Cup, in Japan, from October 5th to 11th. Portugal never won this title, Chile won the World Cup in 2006.
Portuguese national team is coached by Rafael Oliveira and João Calado.

From the next week on, 8 teams will fight for the national title. The stronger team is Fundação Nortecoope, champions in the last 2 seasons, and Mealhada, Nortecoope and Boliqueime are kind like "ousiders", but far away from the current champions.
