After Fiorentina's role in League B continued, we caught up with Jager off the coast of Capri in Southern Italy. "Yes, as you see, I keep my players in shape by doing laps around the island. The sharks keep my boys in top shape, better than anything I can do."
We also asked Jager on his newest player in Fernandez. " Yes Fernandez is a project for us, we lack some cover there, but I have no doubt he'll become a very important part of the team."
Fiorentina have also one of the most potent offenses in FM history. "Yes I build my team with offense in mind. When opposing teams see the stallion Pizarro play, they quickly poop their pants. Few teams can match us there, but don't forget our defense. We only conceded six goals, and have scored over twenty. Things are going great, but the work has only begun."
Fiorentina remain odds on favourites for promotion, but Jager brushed that aside, by saying the work has only begun.
