The coaching staff Capello is bringing with him are top notch as well. Other than Baldini, the other 3 have been apart of Capello's success for decades.
However, managing a national team is much different than club football, and the attribute that separates Capello from most coaches is the 1 he will now have less control over; discipline. He cant control the way they train while at their clubs (physically, tactically, or even their diet).
